# Snagr pricing

> Snagr has two plans, and the merchant's first recovered payment is on Snagr. Free costs $0, needs no credit card, and runs recovery for free until Snagr recovers the merchant's first payment, with up to 50 recovery emails per calendar month before then; Polar and Stripe revenue analytics on Free are free forever. After the first recovered payment, new recovery emails on Free are held (not deleted) until the merchant upgrades. Pro costs $29 per month flat (or $290 per year) and includes unlimited recovery emails. Pro also unlocks the SDK power features — AI-personalized emails, on-site nudges, flags, webhook steps and the MCP agent tools — which Free accounts get only until their first recovered payment. Pro subscribers who joined at the earlier $19 per month early-bird price keep it while that subscription stays active. Snagr takes 0% of recovered revenue on both plans.

### Free

Recovery on the Free plan is free until Snagr recovers the merchant's first payment, with up to 50 recovery emails per calendar month (UTC) before then. After that first recovered payment, new recovery emails are held, not deleted, for about 10 days and are released automatically on upgrade; emails already in flight still finish. The Polar and Stripe revenue analytics dashboard is free forever. Free includes checkout, signup, trial and custom recovery flows, a 14-day attribution window, holdback lift reporting, and sending from a shared Snagr domain. No credit card is required. Free accounts created before September 26, 2026 keep the earlier Free plan of 50 recovery emails per month.
### Pro

$29 per month flat. Includes unlimited recovery emails, a custom sending domain with DKIM, SPF and DMARC, AI-personalized emails, on-site nudges, flags, webhook steps, the MCP agent tools, and everything in Free. There is no time-limited free trial — the Free plan, which runs recovery until the first recovered payment, is the way to try Snagr.
### Pro (annual)

$290 per year, billed once annually, saving $58 against paying monthly for twelve months. Entitlements are identical to monthly Pro.

## What counts as the first recovered payment

A customer pays after receiving a Snagr recovery email, and the payment provider or the merchant's server confirms the payment within the attribution window. Snagr records the payment and amount automatically. Signup activation without payment does not count as recovered revenue.

## What happens after the first recovered payment

On the Free plan, new recovery emails are held rather than dropped. Snagr keeps a held email for about ten days, and every held email is released automatically the moment the team upgrades to Pro. Emails already on their way to customers still finish, and Polar revenue analytics stay free. Before the first recovered payment, sends past 50 a month are held the same way.

## Existing free accounts

Free accounts created before September 26, 2026 keep the earlier Free plan: 50 recovery emails a month, with no first-recovery limit.

## Revenue share

0% on every plan. Snagr never takes a cut of recovered revenue.
