Sending domain

Send reminders from your own domain so they look like they came from you.

By default, reminders come from Snagr's shared domain (send.snagr.sh) under your store's name. On Pro you can send from your own domain instead, which looks more trustworthy and usually lands in the inbox more often.

Add your domain

Open Sending domain in the sidebar and enter the domain you want to send from. A subdomain such as mail.yourstore.com keeps it separate from your everyday email.

Add the DNS records

Snagr shows a short list of DNS records (DKIM, SPF and DMARC). Copy each one into your domain provider, such as Cloudflare, Namecheap or Google Domains.

Check

Come back and press Check. DNS changes can take a few minutes, sometimes longer. Once every record shows as verified, reminders send from your domain.

You can also choose the part before the @. It's recover by default, so recover@mail.yourstore.com.
