Bring them back to your Stripe checkout.

Paste a Stripe restricted key and Snagr registers its own webhook, imports a year of payments for revenue analytics, and emails customers whose checkout expired, whose renewal failed, or who canceled. It stops the moment they pay.

Connect

What you connect

Create a restricted key in Stripe with read access to Checkout Sessions, Customers, Subscriptions, Invoices, Products, Charges and Promotion Codes, plus write access to Webhook Endpoints and Payment Links. Snagr checks each permission before saving, registers its webhook, and imports history. Test-mode keys work too.

    Recovery

    What Snagr runs

An expired Checkout Session with an email starts the abandoned-checkout flow, with a durable Payment Link for the product and your recovery discount prefilled. A failed renewal starts dunning that links to the open invoice's pay-now page, so the customer pays the existing subscription instead of starting a new one. Cancellations start win-back.

Sam picks Acme Pro, gets to checkout, then closes the tab without paying.

      Analytics

      Revenue analytics

Revenue, MRR, renewal forecasts, products and the checkout funnel are computed from your synced Stripe data, net of refunds. Analytics are free on every plan.

        Who does what

        What stays with Stripe

Stripe processes payments and retries failed charges. Snagr never charges a card; it handles the customer communication around each payment.

        Questions

        Something else? Ask us.

Yes. Paste a restricted key. Snagr only needs read access plus write access to webhook endpoints and Payment Links, and you can delete the key in Stripe any time to disconnect.

Stripe reports an abandoned checkout only when the Checkout Session expires, 24 hours after creation by default. Set a shorter expires_at (30 minutes at the earliest) on your sessions to recover sooner. If you need it faster, the SDK can send checkout_started the moment checkout begins.

Stripe Checkout can create a recovery URL for an expired session and fire a webhook, but it doesn't send the email. Snagr sends it, times it, stops when the customer pays, and measures what came back against a holdback group.

Yes. Use it for signups, trials, or checkouts built without Stripe Checkout. Native and SDK events can run side by side.

Your first recovered payment is free, with up to 50 recovery emails per month before then. No card needed. After the first payment, Pro is $29/month or $290/year. Snagr takes 0% of recovered revenue.
