Refund and Cancellation Policy
You can try Snagr on the Free plan with no card — recovery is free until your first recovered payment, and analytics stay free forever. If you upgrade and it turns out not to work for you, this page says exactly what you get back and how.

1. Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Polar customer portal (linked from Billing in the dashboard), or by emailing tejas@snagr.sh. No notice period, no phone call, no retention flow.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Pro features keep working until then.
- An early-bird monthly price advertised as locked for life ($19 per month) applies only while that subscription stays active. Cancelling ends it. Subscribing again later is at the price then in effect.
- After that the account reverts to Free — it is not deleted. Your sequences, history and analytics stay, and the Free plan's limits apply again: new recovery emails are held until you upgrade once Snagr has recovered a payment for you (accounts created before September 26, 2026 return to 50 recovery emails a month).
- To remove the account entirely, use Account (Danger Zone). That disconnects Polar, cancels billing and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Refunds
- First Pro payment, monthly or annual — full refund if you ask within 14 days of the charge, for any reason. Tell us at tejas@snagr.sh.
- Annual plan after 14 days — pro-rata refund of the unused whole months remaining, on request.
- Monthly renewals after the first — not normally refunded, since you can cancel before any renewal. If a renewal caught you out on an account with no meaningful usage that month, ask; we would rather refund it than argue.
- Service failure — where a defect on our side stopped Snagr sending for a sustained period, we refund or credit the affected period whether or not the 14 days have passed.
- Termination for abuse — no refund of fees already paid where an account is terminated under the Acceptable Use Policy.
Refunds are not conditional on how much revenue Snagr recovered for you. We charge a flat $19 per month or $199 per year and take 0% of recovered revenue, so a refund is simply a refund of the subscription fee.
3. How a refund is processed
Snagr sells through Polar, which is the Merchant of Record for your subscription. When we approve a refund we instruct Polar to issue it; Polar returns the money to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Any tax collected is refunded with it.
You will receive the confirmation from Polar rather than from us, because Polar issued the original invoice.
4. Statutory rights
Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right — for example the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK — that right applies in addition to this policy and is not reduced by it.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, whereas a refund request is usually answered the same day. We may suspend an account with an unresolved chargeback until it is settled.
